Job Title: Freelance Black Hat Supervisor

Projects: Utilities Projects

Location: Buckinghamshire

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Method: Inside IR35 (PAYE)

We are seeking an experienced Black Hat Supervisor to oversee utilities projects and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day to day operations on utilities projects

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures

Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and resources effectively

Requirements:

Proven experience as a black hat supervisor (utilities sector)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Valid relevant certifications - SMSTS, CSCS and NRSWA

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
