Science Technician – Specialist in Remote Prep and KS5 Practical Logistics – Camden
A beautiful rural secondary school in Camden is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Science Technician to support all three Sciences from January 2026.
- Science Technician required from January 2026.
- Camden -based rural school with a strong focus on practical science.
- Seeking a versatile technician to manage the prep room, stock, and practical setup across all three Sciences.
You will be responsible for preparing materials and apparatus for all Science lessons (KS3-KS5), ensuring compliance with CLEAPSS health and safety procedures, and maintaining the prep room. Due to the rural location, strong organizational and logistics skills are essential for timely ordering and stock management.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Science Technician or relevant laboratory experience.
- Strong knowledge of CLEAPSS regulations and safety procedures across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
- Excellent organizational skills for stock control and managing remote ordering logistics .
- Practical skills in setting up experiments for GCSE and A-Level.
School Information
