Part-Time Administrator / Receptionist

Ferryhill, County Durham £13.50 - £14.00 per hour Temporary Assignment (Approx. 1 Month) Paid Weekly

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Administrator / Receptionist to join a busy team based in Ferryhill on a temporary basis for approximately one month .

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and organised individual with strong administrative and customer service skills.

Working Hours:

• Tuesday & Thursday
• 9:00am - 2:00pm
• 10 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors and providing a professional front-of-house service
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
• Managing emails and general correspondence
• Data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Filing and document management
• Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
• Handling enquiries and providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Previous administration and/or reception experience preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Professional and friendly manner
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
