Job Description

We are looking for an IT Project Manager with experience in Data Domain projects to support upcoming demand across multiple IT initiatives.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects related to data platforms, data management, integrations, and transformation activities , working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT projects within the Data Domain from initiation through delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across Data, IT, business teams, and external vendors.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Support project governance, reporting, and status communication.
• Identify project risks and blockers and drive mitigation actions.
• Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business requirements.
• Support upcoming project demand across the wider Data portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Data, Analytics, Data Platform, and Business Intelligence projects end to end in complex global organizations .
• Hands-on project management approach with active involvement in requirements gathering, data migration, testing, vendor coordination, and deployment activities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Data Architects, Business Analysts, Reporting teams, and Business stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery of data transformation initiatives, including roadmap planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• Experience with enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Delivery mindset
• Experience in Pharma industry is a must .
• For this role, we do not offer a relocation package. Candidates must be based in Europe and have the legal right to work in their country of residence.
