Whether you already specialise in military claims or bring a strong background in general EL/PL or Industrial Disease, this role offers the perfect platform to expand your expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload: Autonomously run a varied mix of fast-track and multi-track Employers' Liability (EL) and Industrial Disease matters from initial instruction through to trial.
- Complex, high-value exposure: Work alongside a Senior Associate on catastrophic, high-value military injury claims, gaining hands-on experience on complex, high-profile cases.
- Client advocacy: Provide compassionate, expert legal support to armed forces personnel and veterans.
- Qualified Solicitor: Ideally 1-5 years PQE with experience in Personal Injury (EL/PL, Industrial Disease, or Military Injury).
- Skills: Strong litigation experience, excellent client care, and a keen eye for complex medical evidence.
- Adaptability: Applications are warmly welcomed from non-military specialists eager to transfer their EL/PL or disease skill set into a specialist, high-growth practice area.
