Horticulture Apprentice (Environmental Services)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for 3X Horticulture Apprentice within the StreetCare Team , part of our Environmental Services – Are you ready to ‘Play Your Part’? If you are interested in working for a values driven, high performing inclusive Council, read on….

This apprenticeship will offer you valuable experience of working for a progressive Local Authority. You will undertake professional development activities and work towards the achievement of Level 2 Horticulture Operative Apprenticeship standard. This will be supported by a designated line manager, Workplace mentor, inclusive employment manager and dedicated programme tutor.

T he Level 2 Horticulture Operative Apprenticeship standard typically takes 24 months to complete, followed by up to 4 months to undertake the End Point Assessment after passing gateway.
