Sales Negotiator required for our busy property-based client with a passion for delivering a high-quality service. If you are an experienced sales Negotiator seeking a new exciting challenge with no weekends working from a modern office, with a friendly team this is the role for you. We are looking for an experienced estate agent to join our clients expanding team in this sales negotiator role.
The role
- Proactively manage property listings and offers to achieve the best possible sale price to the best possible buyer for client/customer
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, potential purchasers and estate agents
- Instruct appropriate local estate agents to market the property
- Keep in regular contact with company appointed estate agents to obtain updates related to marketing activity
- Maintain regular contact with clients, customers and appropriate third parties to provide updates on property instructions
- Communicate with Account team ensuring they are aware of any necessary updates relating to the property listings
- Compile weekly reports to be issued to clients
- Monday to Friday 9-5.30 working hours in the office
The Person
- Have knowledge or experience of estate agency, residential conveyancing, the assisted move and part exchange process
- Excellent customer services skills and telephone manner
- Previous property sales experience
- Motivated and keen
