We have an exciting opportunity to join our business improvement team as a senior Business Improvement officer, within the Housing Service. The senior post will take a lead in providing analysis and insight to drive service improvement, support timeous decision making and assist in continuous improvement projects, while engaging with relevant stakeholders to improve on service performance and ways of working. The postholder will work as part of a friendly and supportive team and will be integral in supporting the service to meet statutory reporting and information management duties.

We need someone who has the skills and experience to be responsible for service and business improvements through use of analytical skills and business change experience to support the service in improving its outcomes and providing a better service for tenants and customers.

Ideally the successful post holder will also have experience of Housing Services within a Local Authority setting along with the relevant qualifications and skills as listed in the job specification.
