You will be responsible for the compliance of Health and Safety and catering service policies and procedures. You may also be asked to provide cover at our other campuses. With a knowledge of food hygiene best practice, you should have an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate (or be prepared to gain this within 3 months of commencing in the role) and a minimum of 1 years' experience working in a catering environment.
