Warehouse Operative, Barnsley
£12.21 per hourWe are currently looking for an open-minded Warehouse Operative to work for our friendly client in Tankersley, Barnsley . You will be working towards a permanent job role within a bespoke engineering business.
Details and Benefits:

- Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Picking single and bulk products such as racking, shop fittings, locks and bolts and various other products using scanner
- Palletising stock and shrink wrapping
- Completion of paperwork as and when required
- Prepping goods for despatch and labelling stock when needed
- Assisting with loading and unloading of containers (handballing)
- General cleaning and upkeep of the warehouse
- Various other warehouse duties when needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months picking experience required
- Experience using scanners rather than pick sheets preferred
- Physically fit due to the nature of the role
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to work
