Nursery Director

Redwood Nursery – Noya is part of Kids First Group (KFG), the leading provider of premium early years education and childcare across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha. Established in 2011, KFG operates 36 nursery schools, each embracing a unique curriculum approach—from British EYFS to Montessori and Reggio Emilia.

At Redwood Noya, we pride ourselves on providing an inspiring, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children, families, and staff. We are now seeking an exceptional Nursery Director to lead our dedicated team and drive continued growth, excellence, and innovation in early childhood education.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader in early years education who is passionate about building strong teams, creating outstanding learning environments, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the nursery in line with KFG’s standards and UAE regulations.

Ensure excellence in teaching, learning, and care, with a strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy and best practices.

Foster a warm, professional, and collaborative atmosphere among staff, children, and parents.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve enrolment targets, financial goals, and quality benchmarks.

Oversee all aspects of compliance, licensing, safeguarding, health and safety, and operational protocols.

Build strong relationships with families, ensuring high levels of parental satisfaction and engagement.

Mentor and guide educators and administrative staff, supporting their professional development and wellbeing.

Collaborate with KFG's leadership team and contribute to group-wide initiatives and growth plans.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a relevant field (Master’s or leadership qualification preferred).

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in an early years setting in the UAE or GCC.

In-depth knowledge of British EYFS and/or other early years curricula such as Montessori or Reggio Emilia.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Strong understanding of UAE regulatory requirements (ADEK/MOE).

Business acumen with experience in managing budgets, admissions, and team performance.
