Commercial Administrator

Commercial Administrator We are seeking an organised and proactive Commercial Administrator to join one of the UK’s leading renewable energy contractors. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-growing business delivering major infrastructure and energy projects across the UK. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the commercial and operational teams, ensuring commercial processes are managed efficiently within a busy and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Processing payment notices accurately and within required timescales
• Understanding and assisting with Applications for Payment
• Handling contract variations and maintaining accurate records
• Liaising effectively with site teams and internal departments
• Providing administrative and clerical support to the commercial team
• Managing documentation and maintaining organised filing systems
• Supporting multiple projects and prioritising workload efficiently

• Previous experience within a commercial administration or similar administrative role
• Strong clerical and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently and work to deadlines
• Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
• Experience handling contract variations and payment processes is desirable
• Confident communicator able to build strong working relationships with site teams and colleagues
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment
• Good I.T. skills Word, Excel etc.
