We’re on the hunt for an experienced & dynamic Luxury Travel Expert to join our clients luxury travel sales team. If you share a huge passion for travel and are excited by the opportunity to create unique travel experiences that will inspire and astound travellers, then this is the role for you.
This luxury tour operator offer various holiday types around the globe for the discerning traveller and due to success and expansion seeking experiences tailormade travel sales professionals to join their team who are not only seeking a sales role but an element of product and marketing too.
Essential Requirements
- Must have previous experience of creating tailor-made, cutting-edge holidays and honeymoons from a luxury tour operator background
- A driven sales professional with the drive to succeed in sales by delivering world-class levels of service.
- Great relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients and understand their ideal travel experience, before creating a bespoke itinerary that perfectly matches their needs.
- Understanding and experience of using a GDS for flight bookings such as Amadeus or Galileo.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure that all trips sold are executed perfectly on the ground and that all client correspondence is of the highest possible standard.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills throughout the booking to offer the best customer service before, during and after the trip.
- Enthusiastic phone manner to excite clients about potential or future trips
- Ability to work closely with our marketing and product teams to share ideas that will keep our brand and product range fresh.
