* Manage a complex caseload involving Child in Need, Child Protection, Public Law Outline, and pre-proceedings work.
* Complete timely risk assessments, safety planning, and decision-making to protect vulnerable children and young people.
* Lead and contribute to strategy discussions, child protection conferences, and multi-agency meetings. Qualifications needed: * Degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
* Evidence of continuing professional development.
* Practice Educator qualification or willingness to work towards this is desirable. Registration and Compliance: * Current registration with Social Work England (SWE). Experience required: * Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience within statutory Children's Social Care.
* Significant experience within Duty & Assessment, Front Door, MASH, or Safeguarding services.
