Global Mobility and Tax Manager
Aberdeen
£55,000 - £70,000
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and the firms international network, ensuring seamless coordination of global payroll and tax compliance.
* Lead and manage the day-to-day delivery of client engagements, including compliance, advisory projects, and strategic planning.
* Provide specialist advice on cross-border tax, social security, and global mobility policies - with a focus on treaty application and compliance for offshore workers.
* Identify and drive opportunities to enhance client service and expand engagement scope, contributing to business development initiatives. Why join this firm?

* Strong technical knowledge in global mobility and UK tax compliance and advisory services.
* Experience with treaty application processes, particularly in relation to offshore workers, is highly desirable.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
* A proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering outstanding service. Qualifications & Experience:
* ATT and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent professional qualification).
* Previous experience managing small to mid-sized client engagements across multiple sectors.
* A proactive and client-focused approach to providing tailored tax and advisory solutions.
