What You'll Be Doing Building positive relationships with children who may need extra encouragement, structure, or emotional supportDelivering movement-based activities, intervention sessions, and small group workHelping pupils develop confidence, resilience, teamwork, and communication skillsActing as a positive role model and mentor for young peopleWorking closely with teachers and support staff to create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment What We're Looking For A degree in Sport Science, Physical Education, Sports Coaching, Sports Development, Exercise & Health, Sports Psychology, or a related subjectOR experience coaching, mentoring, leading sports activities, or working with young peopleA positive attitude and willingness to get stuck inStrong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quicklyA calm, adaptable approach when situations changeA genuine passion for supporting children and helping them succeed Why Sport and Education Are a Great Match The best educators don't always come from traditional teaching backgrounds.
