At Shaw Trust, we believe everyone has the right to live a decent and dignified life and the opportunity for rewarding work. We are a social purpose organisation challenging inequality and breaking down barriers to enable social mobility.
For us, being part of the solution is about creating the conditions for this to happen, advocating for and delivering services that make a real difference. Working in partnership, not competition, we are part of an ecosystem of purpose-led organisations striving for a fairer, more equal society centred on opportunity for all.
Are you passionate about transforming lives through employment, inclusion and wellbeing? Do you have the strategic leadership skills to develop partnerships, drive performance and ensure excellent service delivery across a diverse network of delivery partners delivering IPS services?
We're looking for an experienced and driven IPS Supply Chain Manager to join our team, subject to the successful award of a new contract in West Yorkshire covering Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield and Kirklees.
About the Role

Working alongside the Regional Operations Manager, Service Manager and wider leadership team, you will lead supply chain performance, quality assurance, governance and continuous improvement activities across the contract. You will support delivery partners to embed IPS principles, the six phases of IPS support, prepare for internal and external Fidelity Reviews and continuously improve service quality and participant outcomes.
You will play a key role in developing strong relationships with delivery partners, community organisations, specialist providers and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative one-service approach that supports service excellence and innovation.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the quality and effectiveness of IPS delivery across West Yorkshire, ensuring participants receive high-quality support that enables them to achieve and sustain meaningful employment, improve wellbeing and achieve positive life outcomes.

Should we be successful in winning this contract, successful candidates will commence induction on Monday 30th November 2026.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage delivery partner performance, ensuring contractual, quality, IPS fidelity and compliance requirements are achieved.
- Drive continuous improvement, quality assurance and governance activity across the supply chain, supporting partners to deliver high-quality IPS services.
- Support delivery partners to prepare for IPS Fidelity Reviews, implement improvement plans and embed IPS principles, the six phases of IPS support and evidence-based practice.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with delivery partners, community organisations, specialist providers and key stakeholders.
- Analyse performance information, identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to support service quality, participant outcomes and contract performance.
- Develop and maintain an Approved Provider Framework that promotes participant choice, improves access to specialist support and addresses gaps in provision.
What You'll Bring
- Experience of leading supply chain, contract, provider or partnership performance within a complex service environment.
- Strong knowledge of the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, including the six phases of IPS support, supported employment principles and the role employment plays in supporting recovery, wellbeing, independence and social inclusion.
- Experience of leading quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement activities across multiple organisations or service providers.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
- Strong commercial awareness, analytical capability and experience using performance information to drive improvement.
- Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support, challenge and develop delivery partners effectively.
