Production Operative - Bodmin
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Bodmin. You will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, maintaining high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality.
Shift Patterns
- Monday to Friday, 14:30 to 23:30
Pay Rates
- 12.90 GBP hourly
Essential Requirements
- Own transport is essential due to the site location as there is no public transport available.
- Ability to process and pack products including mixing, blending, and labelling fresh meat.
- Full-time availability for a long-term assignment.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Role
- Support daily production activities to meet customer order requirements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Follow site procedures to contribute to smooth operational performance.
