This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/record. Please note: As this post is part-time, the salary will be pro-rata.

The Therapy Services Department requires a part-time Reception & Waiting List Administrator working 30.25 hours over 5 days per week, to join our busy admin team.

The post holder will provide a quality, comprehensive administrative service to AHP Staff including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech & Language Therapists

The Business & Administrative Service sits within the Therapy & Rehabilitation Directorate/ Acute Services. Key responsibilities of the service are:- Provision of Therapy care to a diverse range of clinical conditions, e.g. Orthopaedics, Stroke, Cardiology, Neurosciences, Critical Care / Surgery, Acute Medicine, Cardio, Thoracic, Respiratory, Dietetics and Speech & Language Therapy.
