Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager – Clevedon£25,000 – £30,000 Basic + Commission

Our client, an established and well-regarded property business in Clevedon, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager to join their team.

This is a varied role offering the opportunity to be involved across the lettings process, from working with applicants and conducting viewings through to managing tenancies and building strong relationships with landlords.

The successful candidate will be confident, organised and personable, with a genuine interest in property and a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.

The Role:

• Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and progressing successful applications
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
• Carrying out property inspections and following up on any required works
• Managing tenancy renewals and general tenancy queries
• Ensuring properties and tenancies remain compliant with relevant legislation
• Supporting the wider lettings team and contributing towards branch targets

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience within residential lettings and/or property management
• Confident communicating with landlords, tenants, applicants and contractors
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
• Professional, proactive and commercially minded
• Comfortable negotiating and identifying opportunities to generate new business
• Good knowledge of the lettings process and relevant legislation
• A full UK driving licence

Salary & Package:

• £25,000 – £30,000 basic salary, depending on experience
• Commission on top of basic salary
