What you will bring to the role Undertake investigation of the gastrointestinal tract (GI) using specialised diagnostic equipment, including analysis and clinical reporting on patients with a range of both upper and lower GI conditions in order to assist the consultant in the diagnosis and treatment of range of disorders. In addition, undertake the diagnostic investigations using specialised urodynamic measuring equipment on patients with Genito-urinary conditions in order to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of urological disorders. Participate in developing service improvement and the quality-of-care provision within both GI Physiology & Urodynamics. Be training co-ordinator\assessor for trainees undertaking the National School of Healthcare Science Scientist Training programme as well as providing training and clinical supervision to junior medical staff and assistant grades and other healthcare professional as deemed necessary.
