Conveyancing Fee Earner - Residential Property
Location: Gloucester (Hybrid Working)
Hours: 35 hours per week

We are currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well-established Residential Property team based in Gloucester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and client-focused legal professional to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role
You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including:

* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* New build transactions
* Help to Buy matters
* Shared ownership transactions
* Remortgages and transfers of equity
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties throughout the conveyancing process

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

* At least 4 years' experience managing a mixed residential conveyancing caseload
* Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload effectively
* A proactive and client-focused approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail

Equivalent conveyancing experience will also be considered.
