Maintenance Supervisor

JOB TITLE: Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical bias)

SALARY: £53,000 - £58,500

LOCATION: Lutterworth

SETTING: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00 / 15:30 - 23:30

Job Specification: Maintenance Supervisor

* Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of multi-skilled Maintenance Engineers and Technicians, including coaching, performance management, and resource allocation.
* You will be responsible for effective fault finding, diagnosis, analysis and swift corrective measures for all equipment on site so you need to be hands on within management.
* Maintaining all Health & Safety and Quality and Regulatory Compliances processes and controls are maintained.
* Updating and maintaining the maintenance system (CMMS).
* Supporting of all semi-skilled operators and apprentices through training and mentoring while also being the main point of contact for all contractors on site (direct and 3 rd party).

Requirements: Maintenance Suupervisor

As an experienced engineer, you'll need to have the following skills and experience: -

* Qualified in Electrical engineering (BTEC Level 3 +)
* Proven experience of managing and coaching teams or supported junior engineers through the ranks.
* Proven experience within a facilities or maintenance engineering role with automated distribution, food or manufacturing environment.
* Experience with conveyors, sorters and box cutters etc.
* Experience working with maintenance engineering software.
