Job description
Moore Concrete in Ballymena is seeking Production Operatives to join their team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in manufacturing, construction, or agriculture to secure a long-term role with immediate starts available and a supportive working environment. Day shifts, 6am start Pattern of work will be agreed following successful interview. Shift allowance will be payable if applicable. 30 days annual leave
Responsibilities
- Follow all company Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) procedures.
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets and maintain efficiency.
- Communicate progress regularly with Team Leaders and complete daily records (e.g. timesheets).
- Take part in Operational Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area (housekeeping duties).
- Support across different areas of production as required and attend relevant training.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, agriculture, or a similar industry.
- Awareness of Health & Safety standards and willingness to maintain cleanliness.
- Flexibility in working hours and ability to adapt to changing duties.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand written and spoken English for health & safety purposes.
