We're working with a well-established Tamworth firm that's looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor as part of its continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, friendly team where your work is valued and your progression isn't just lip service.

The Role

* Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion

* Deliver a consistently high level of client service

* Keep transactions progressing efficiently in line with firm processes

* Work towards achievable fee earning targets

* Build and maintain relationships with clients and introducers

* Contribute to the wider success of the team through cross-referrals

About You

* Qualified Solicitor

* Minimum 2 years PQE or equivalent

* Strong background in residential property work

* Organised, proactive, and commercially aware

* Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
