Our school is offering a truly exciting opportunity for a new Deputy Head to join our Senior Leadership Team, focusing on raising standards, inclusion, and behaviour. As an excellent communicator, you will inspire confidence among pupils, parents, and staff, leading the provision of standards throughout the school. You will ensure the emotional, physical, and intellectual wellbeing of all pupils while providing strategic leadership and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading strategic development
- Implementing strategies for school improvement
- Ensuring effective and efficient organization and administration
- Creating a stimulating, nurturing, and productive learning environment
- Ensuring a broad, balanced curriculum underpinned by trust principles

- Degree
- QTS or QTLS

Salary:
The salary for this Deputy Head position will be on the Leadership Scale, ranging from £67,000 to £81,000.
