• Process end-to-end employee lifecycle changes, including new starters, leavers, transfers, promotions, and contract amendments for the role.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, onboarding packs, and exit documentation with confidence and attention to detail as part of the job.
• Support offboarding activities such as final documentation, equipment returns, and system deactivation, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the HR Operations Associates function.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, including SuccessFactors, helping deliver reliable records for the team.
• Update organisational structures and reporting lines, including job titles and position data, using disciplined governance and compliance for the position.
• Run routine HR reports and assist with ad hoc data requests, plus support system testing and troubleshooting within the role.
