About you:
- Previous supervisory experience within cleaning, facilities management, or a related environment
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Customer-focused with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full clean driving licence
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends when required
- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above, or equivalent qualification
What you'll do:
- Oversee the daily operations of the cleaning function, ensuring excellent presentation and hygiene standards
- Lead, support, and motivate team members to meet operational objectives
- Prepare staff rotas and manage holiday scheduling effectively
- Carry out site quality inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene procedures
- Manage client communication and respond to issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor stock levels, cleaning supplies, PPE, and equipment to support uninterrupted service delivery
