Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor | Worthing | Flexible Working
I'm working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join its specialist Residential Leasehold and Block Management team.
Key responsibilities:
- Advise freehold landlords and leaseholders on enfranchisement matters
- Handle lease extensions, collective enfranchisement and related residential property work
- Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships
- Develop and grow an existing caseload
You will have:
- Proven leasehold enfranchisement experience
- Strong technical knowledge and client management skills
- A client following and/or established referral network
- The ability to work independently and contribute to business development
