An organised and flexible individual is required to provide secretarial/administrative and general reception support to patients and clinicians over a number of Health Centres, Hospital Receptions and Departments in Fife to support annual leave, sick leave and maternity leave

We are looking for someone with a good level of English and numeracy who is educated to Standard Grade or equivalent level

You should be proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent keyboard skills and a minimum typing speed of 45 wpm. Knowledge of Tiara, Trakcare, audio typing or Winvoice Web would be advantageous.

Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills are essential. You should have the ability to prioritise and deal with a day to day workload using your own initiative without direct on-site supervision. You will also be required to work both independently and as part of different Administration teams.

The ability to travel throughout Fife is essential.
