Restaurant Manager - Vibrant Country House Hotel

We’re now looking for a charismatic, engaging, and inspiring Restaurant Manager to lead the food service team. Responsibilities

• Leading by example on the floor, you’re the face of the restaurant, setting the tone and making guests feel at home. Creating a great team vibe, recruiting, training, and motivating a passionate bunch of hospitality pros. Working closely with the Executive Chef to make service seamless and smooth. Keeping an eye on the numbers and helping the F&B Manager hit targets without compromising the experience. Being the kind of manager people look up to, want to work with, and learn from.

Requirements

• A natural host, confident, warm, and quick to make people smile. Experienced in running a busy restaurant or hotel F&B outlet (ideally 4- or 5-star). Calm under pressure, with a good head for numbers and team dynamics. Passionate about hospitality and obsessed with the little details that turn a good meal into a great memory.
