Position: Children's Support Worker Location: Little Addington, Northamptonshire (NN14 postcode) Hours: up to 42 hours per week, Part time and full time opportunities available. Pay: £29374.80 unqualified or £29920.80 qualified WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP About you We’re looking for someone who brings the right attitude and reflects our values above all else: You are kind, patient, and genuinely care about making a difference to young people
You have a positive outlook and bring energy, humour, and enthusiasm into your work
You are resilient and calm under pressure, able to support young people through challenges
You’re a great team player, but also confident working independently
You have strong communication skills and can build meaningful relationships
You are open to learning and committed to completing your Level 3 Diploma
You’re flexible and willing to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
