We are looking for a SENCO to lead the Special Educational Needs provision within a vibrant primary school based in Buckingham. This is a full-time position focused on overseeing EHCP applications, managing a team of Teaching Assistants, and ensuring that all pupils with additional needs reach their full potential. The successful SENCO will be joining a well-resourced and highly successful department with an approachable and supportive senior leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a school where every child is valued and student wellbeing is at the heart of the school's ethos. Experience and Qualifications
National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) is essential
Be an enthusiastic, empathetic, and highly organized leader
Have excellent subject knowledge regarding the SEND Code of Practice
A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE)
Legal ability to work within the UK
