Machine Operator
Location: Dudley
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 4:00pm, with an early finish on Fridays. We're currently recruiting for an experienced Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous roll forming and CNC machine operating experience who is looking for a stable, full-time position. The Role * Operating roll forming machinery safely and efficiently.
* Setting up and running CNC machinery.
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
* Following health and safety procedures at all times. What We're Looking For * Previous experience operating roll forming machines.
* CNC machine operating experience is essential.
* Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* A reliable and proactive approach to work.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Pay & Benefits * Unsocial hours paid at 1.25x .
* Saturday overtime paid at 1.5x .
* Sunday overtime paid at 2x .
* No shift allowance.
