Senior Valuer (Residential Property)
Location: Wallingford
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic + £42,000 – £70,000 OTE (depending on experience)

Our client, a well-established and growing property business, is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Valuer to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a strong background in property valuation who is looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role

As a Senior Valuer, you will be responsible for generating new business through property valuations, building strong relationships with vendors, and converting valuations into instructions. You will play a key role in driving revenue and maintaining high professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and professional property valuations
• Win new instructions and secure new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide expert advice on pricing and market conditions
• Work closely with the wider sales team to ensure successful transactions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within estate agency
• Previous experience at valuer level or with exposure to property valuations
• Strong track record of winning instructions (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Full UK driving licence

Package

• Basic salary: £30,000 – £35,000
• OTE: £42,000 – £60,000 (uncapped, dependent on experience)
• Commission structure tailored to experience and individual circumstances
