About the Role:

The Education Specialists (TES) are recruiting a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to work in a Secondary setting in Knutsford from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled practitioner who is committed to delivering inclusive, tailored education to pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs
Support pupils with EHCPs through personalised learning strategies
Create a structured, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with TAs, SENCOs, and external professionals
Monitor progress and adapt teaching approaches accordingly

Requirements:
QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
Experience working with SEND pupils in mainstream or specialist settings
Strong behaviour management and adaptability
A child-centred, resilient and proactive approach
