About the Role
Working closely with the school's SENCO, class teachers and pastoral team , you will: * Deliver targeted teaching for pupils with a range of additional needs.
* Support children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language Needs (SLCN), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and SEMH .
* Deliver interventions linked to EHCP outcomes .
* Adapt teaching to meet individual learning, communication and sensory needs.
* Support pupils both individually and in small groups.
* Monitor progress and contribute towards reviews and provision planning.
