As a Site Operative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our recycling centre runs safely and efficiently. From assisting visitors to maintaining the site, your work will help create a cleaner, greener community. Your core responsibilities. Support the day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.Assist visitors in sorting and recycling waste effectively.Keep the site clean, safe, and organized.Prevent commercial and non-compliant waste from entering the site.Promote recycling by maximizing waste segregation wherever possible.Be part of a team making a tangible impact on the environment and the local community.Gain hands-on experience working in a dynamic, outdoor environment.Enjoy the satisfaction of knowing your efforts help reduce waste and increase recycling.Requirements Our essential requirements.
