Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Estate Manager to join our team. This role involves managing the school grounds, overseeing the farm operations, and caring for our deer herd. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys outdoor work and wants to develop skills in estate management within a supportive community setting.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Willingness to learn new skills related to grounds maintenance, farming practices, and animal care
- Basic practical skills such as using hand tools or machinery
- Good communication skills with ability to work well within a team
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and take initiative when appropriate
- Physical fitness suitable for outdoor manual work in varying weather conditions
