Salary: £34,000-£56,000+ Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 2 Teacher looking to make a positive impact during an important stage of pupils' primary education? Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the Year 2 curriculum. Encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence, and independence through engaging learning experiences. Differentiate teaching and learning activities to meet the needs of all pupils. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to enhance pupil outcomes. Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment where all pupils can thrive. Requirements: A degree alongside Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching within Key Stage 1, particularly Year 2, is desirable. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate young learners. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
