Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Psychology or a relevant subject
• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine interest in understanding human behaviour and mental processes
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• A commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring the complexities of the mind
