What you will do: * Lead Healthcare Assistants and clinic staff in the daily delivery of blood collection services. * Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed and maintained throughout clinic operations. * Oversee clinic setup, workflow, and operational processes to ensure efficient service delivery. * Monitor compliance with PPE requirements, infection prevention standards, and health and safety procedures. * Manage stock levels and ordering processes, escalating shortages or concerns to Service Managers where required. * Act as the main point of contact for operational and clinical issues during shifts. * Report incidents through InPhase and support investigations and corrective actions where necessary. * Undertake venepuncture and blood collection procedures, including supporting complex or unsuccessful blood draw attempts. * Conduct daily audits to ensure clinical environments meet required quality and compliance standards. * Provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to colleagues throughout the working day. * Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in accordance with organisational policies and data protection requirements. * Support participant safety and ensure a positive, professional experience throughout the assessment process. Requirements: * Registered Nurse qualification with current NMC registration. * Proven competency in venepuncture, cannulation, and blood collection procedures. * Ability to provide certificated evidence of clinical competencies. * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. * Current DBS certificate. * Full UK manual driving licence with a clean driving record. * Aged 25 years or over for insurance requirements. * Willingness to attend induction training to operate the mobile unit vehicle. * Ability to travel regularly across Oxford, Milton Keynes, Luton, Wembley, and Slough.
