Engagement Coach – Buntingford, Hertfordshire Protocol Education | Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 11:00am–3:00pm Protocol Education are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and caring Engagement Coach to support small groups of children with additional needs at a setting in Buntingford, Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and wants to make a genuine difference to their engagement, confidence and development. The Role As an Engagement Coach, you will work closely with small groups of children, providing tailored support and helping them engage positively with activities and learning. You will: Support small groups of children with additional needsBuild positive and trusting relationships with pupilsEncourage engagement, confidence and independenceSupport children's social, emotional and communication developmentDeliver and support fun, engaging activitiesAdapt your approach to suit individual children's needsHelp create a calm, safe and inclusive environmentWork closely with staff to provide consistent support About You We are looking for someone who is: Caring, patient and empatheticEnthusiastic about working with childrenCalm and confident when managing different needs and behavioursCreative and able to find ways to engage childrenReliable and committedA strong communicator and team player Experience working with SEND, education, childcare, youth work or vulnerable children would be advantageous, but we are also interested in candidates with transferable experience and the right attitude.
