Warehouse Operative / Driver - Maidstone
Location: Maidstone
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Hours: * Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 17:30
* Every other Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00 Pay: Weekly pay every Friday We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with Driving Duties to join a busy automotive parts distributor based in Maidstone. This is primarily a warehouse role, with occasional delivery driving required to cover staff holidays and sickness. A full UK manual driving licence is essential for this position. Duties Include: * Picking and packing customer orders
* Scanning and labelling stock
* Wrapping and preparing bulk items for dispatch
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* Moving stock throughout the warehouse
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
* Completing local deliveries when required Products Handled:
You will be working with a range of automotive parts and products, including: * Brake pads and brake discs
* Nuts, bolts and vehicle components
* Oils, fluids and lubricants
* Vehicle batteries, from motorcycles through to lorries and tractors Candidate Requirements: * Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
* Previous warehouse experience preferred
* Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling
* Reliable, hardworking and punctual
* Good attention to detail
