The Role

As our Funding Operations Coordinator, you'll sit at the heart of the journey from application to funding, working across Partnerships, Operations and our broker network to keep deals moving and clients over the moon. It's a varied, fast-paced role for someone who combines excellent organisation and meticulous attention to detail with the confidence to communicate with brokers, colleagues and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of operational sales-support activities, including settlement requests, funding updates, statements processing, and information gathering
• Process settlement requests accurately and on time, chasing outstanding documentation where needed
• Keep clients and brokers updated on funding status, proactively flagging delays or issues before they escalate
• Act as a key conduit between broker partners, the Partnerships team and internal Operations, keeping stakeholders informed and helping remove avoidable blockers
• Coordinate across multiple systems and workflows, ensuring information is logged correctly and nothing falls through the cracks
• Flag process gaps or recurring issues to help the team continuously improve turnaround times

• Comfortable learning new systems and adapting quickly as processes evolve
• Confident, clear communicator — equally comfortable with brokers, colleagues and leadership
• A proactive, ownership mindset — you spot issues and sort them rather than waiting to be told

• Experience in SME lending, financial services, fintech, broker support, sales operations or a similarly fast-paced funding environment
