Part Time – Lettings Administrator
Sutton Coldfield
Salary £22,000 – £26,000
Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Administrator to join a busy and well-established lettings team in Sutton Coldfield.
This is a key support role within the business, ideal for someone highly organised, detail-focused and looking to build or develop a career within the property sector.
The Role
As Lettings Administrator, you will provide full administrative support to the lettings team, ensuring the smooth progression of tenancies and maintaining high standards across all compliance and documentation.
This is a varied and fast-paced position where you will play a crucial part in delivering a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Registering and updating applicants on the CRM system
Maintaining accurate property and applicant records
Uploading and managing property listings
Coordinating and scheduling viewings
Preparing tenancy documentation
Progressing references and Right to Rent checks
Supporting compliance and ensuring all files are up to date
Liaising with landlords, tenants and third-party providers
Managing incoming enquiries and general administration
About You
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Previous property or administrative experience is advantageous
Positive, proactive and team-oriented approach
