This dynamic independent veterinary practice in beautiful rural Suffolk is looking to welcome another Veterinary Surgeon to its first opinion team.
The practice has a collaborative, forward-thinking approach to clinical care and places a strong emphasis on team development, clinical governance and continuous improvement.
You'll be joining an experienced team, including experienced, capable and supportive RVNs, with plenty of opportunity to discuss cases, share knowledge and learn from colleagues.
The practice has:
Clinical development is strongly encouraged and supported. There is a broad range of CPD taking place across the practice, alongside CPD events hosted on site. Certificate study is fully supported for vets who want to develop a particular area of interest.
The practice is independently owned and takes an active role within its local community. The team supports fundraising and charity efforts, offers its function room to local charities and groups, and invests in projects such as planting for pollinators and maintaining RVN-managed beehives.

- 8 consulting rooms
- 4 theatres
- Separate dog and cat wards
- Ultrasound
- Standard and dental radiography
- On-site CT
- A range of endoscopes
- Multiparameter monitoring equipment
- Respiratory ventilators
- Laparoscopic surgical equipment
- Well-equipped laboratory facilities

The Offer:
