The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client development to candidate placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Work closely with existing clients to understand their staffing needs
- Source, screen and interview candidates
- Match suitable candidates with appropriate vacancies
- Negotiate terms of business and placement fees
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within industrial or commercial sectors
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well-organized with excellent time management skills
