Where you’ll be working
You will be working at Victoria’s largest sub-regional health service and the sub-region’s major specialist referral centre.

This is a 282-bed facility providing the highest standard of clinical and patient care to the diverse communities of the region.

The hospital is undergoing a $384.2 million redevelopment that will deliver a bigger emergency department, more operating theatres, a new paediatric unit, an extra 22 inpatient beds and dedicated areas for pathology services and dialysis. 

You will be working closely with a team of dedicated consultants, as well as junior medical staff, on the provision of the highest standard of ENT services.

You will also have the opportunity to assist the Director of Specialised Surgery and the Director of Medical Services on the continued improvement of the department’s services and innovative practices.

Here, you will be supported by specialised nurses and junior medical staff, giving you the opportunity to explore avenues in education and training while enjoying a highly rewarding career.

You will be living in a coastal city between the idyllic Merri and Hopkins Rivers of Victoria.

Salary information
Consultant ENT Surgeons can expect a competitive salary in line with VIC Award, plus benefits. 

Requirements  
Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS), or equivalent.
