Job Description
The Company:
We are proud to be representing a UK Based Residential Flooring Division based in Hoveringham. This company have undergone a rapid expansion and are now looking for a Sales Representative/Estimator to spearhead the sales division.
The Position:
The ideal candidate will possess the ideal traits and qualities:
- Technical Background in T-Beams or other precast flooring
- Basic to intermediate construction knowledge
- Understanding of technical drawings
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Ability to adapt to the customer
- Background in precast flooring to the residential market
- Knowledge selling into the residential market
- Minimum of 2 years’ in the construction industry

The Role:
- Dealing with Housebuilders and Large groundworkers
- A persistent and determined individual who is highly motivated, and target driven.
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must hold a current and valid Driving Licence
-1 day in the office, 4 days out.
Salary : £30,000.00 to £40,000.00 /year
